Jordana “JoJo” was beyond AMAZING. She explained every step of the way to me. Always took my calls. Responded to my text in record time. JoJo made the process of selling my Mothers home less stressful in a very emotional time. She is very caring, compassionate and truly makes you feel, every question you ask, is a GREAT question! Jojo Treadwell was my agent and she went far above and beyond in helping me sell my home in San Dimas. JoJo Treadwell was amazing. Some say she babysits her clients but I thought she provided the care I needed to get through the sale of my home. She listened to me when I wanted something, gave her insight and experience. She was firm with the buyers agent keeping my needs ahead of the buyers. There were a lot of hiccups along the way but JoJo gently guided me through. We closed Friday.

Stein team and especially Jordana (Jo Jo) was very proactive to help us for showing the properties and fair input about the pros and cons about each property i. e. house condition, listed price, neighbourhood and closing cost. When eventually we were ready to close the house, Jordana was very very helpful on each step of the deal. Our closing was smooth and no hiccups were encountered. My wife and I am very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency exhibited by Stien team and JoJo finding us a home of our choice and taking care of everything amicably.

When you found out we were moving out of state, you contacted other realtors, interviewed them for us and gave us a list of 3 that you thought would best serve us. (And boy they were wonderful too). You checked in regularly to see if we needed anything or just asking how we were doing. You brought over Trader Joe's ice cream sandwiches. You checked in on us as we drove across the country to our new home. You can tell how much you love helping others whether you're selling your home or finding a new one.
